These terms govern Stream4K subscriptions, reseller panels, trial access, payments, device activation and use of stream4kpanel.net.

01 · Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and Stream4KPanel when you use the website, request a trial, submit an order, pay for a service or use access supplied through us. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate contact, order and activation information.
Stream4KPanel is the public business name used for these services. If a registered legal entity or proprietor name is adopted, this section and the website’s legal notices should be updated.
02 · What we provide
Digital access for personal viewing through a compatible Stalker/MAC player. Published durations include one, six and twelve months.
Tools and credits for creating customer access. Sub-Reseller, Mini Admin/Master and Distribution/Super levels have different permissions.
Stream4KPanel is an independent reseller and support provider. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, we do not manufacture third-party devices, develop third-party player applications, or own television networks and programme brands.
03 · Price and payment
Current public subscription prices are shown on the Stream4K subscription packages page . Reseller prices, minimum credits and permissions appear on the Stream4K reseller panel page . A submitted form creates an order request, not guaranteed acceptance.
Before completing an online consumer transaction, review the service description, total price, delivery method, cancellation information and these Terms. Keep the order confirmation and a copy of the Terms.
04 · Digital delivery
A service is delivered when working credentials, an activated profile, panel login or purchased credits are supplied. Personal subscriptions support one active device at a time unless the confirmed order states otherwise. A second simultaneous viewer requires separate access.
You must supply the correct MAC address, device ID, application and other requested activation details. Credentials are confidential. Do not publish, share, sell or transfer them except through the reseller permissions you purchased.
05 · Try first
A free Stream4K trial normally lasts 48 hours. It is provided for compatibility and content checks and may be limited to one trial per customer, household, device or network. Trial availability is not guaranteed, and abusive or repeated requests may be refused.
Use the Stream4K free-trial order page before buying a longer plan. A successful trial does not guarantee that every third-party channel or title will remain unchanged during a paid term.
06 · Business access
Resellers are responsible for their customer communications, lawful marketing, payments, privacy notices and support promises. You may not claim to own Stream4KPanel, impersonate its staff or promise features that have not been confirmed.
07 · Conduct
You may use the service only for lawful personal viewing or authorized reseller activity. You must not:

08 · Service limits
Streaming quality depends on the upstream source, internet provider, Wi-Fi connection, device, application and local network. Short interruptions, maintenance and technical faults can occur. Individual channels, events, schedules, categories and on-demand titles may be added, moved or removed without notice.
The Stream4K Content Library contains researched examples, not a permanent availability guarantee. Ask support to confirm any must-have channel before ordering. No service can guarantee zero buffering, uninterrupted availability or identical performance on every device.
09 · Other providers
You may need a compatible media player or device. Third-party applications, app stores, device manufacturers, payment services and communication platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their fees are separate unless expressly included in the confirmed order.
The CAST4K download page is an independent installation resource. Stream4KPanel does not develop or own CAST4K.
10 · Enforcement
We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, security risk, prohibited sharing, excessive connections, attacks, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will request correction before termination, but immediate action may be taken to protect customers or systems.
You may stop using the service at any time. Ending use does not automatically create a refund or convert unused reseller credits into cash.
11 · Cancellations
Commercial refund eligibility is explained in the Stream4KPanel Refund Policy . It distinguishes orders cancelled before activation, verified service-side failures, customer setup problems and reseller-credit usage.
Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where Ontario law or another applicable law gives a customer cancellation or refund right, that right prevails over inconsistent wording in these Terms.
12 · Information
The Stream4KPanel Privacy Policy explains what information is collected for trials, orders, activation, support, payments and security. By providing a WhatsApp number or email address, you authorize service-related messages about your request. Optional marketing messages remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules.
13 · Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the services are supplied on an “as available” basis. Stream4KPanel does not warrant that every channel, programme, device, third-party application or internet route will remain continuously available.
To the extent permitted by law, Stream4KPanel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost reseller sales or loss caused by third-party applications, devices, networks or customer misuse. Any aggregate liability relating to a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights concerning fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer remedies.
14 · Legal terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer forum rights, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Ontario.
Before starting a formal claim, contact admin@stream4kpanel.net with the order reference and requested resolution so both sides can attempt to resolve the matter. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting active customers should be communicated reasonably.
These Terms should be reviewed by an Ontario-qualified lawyer before publication, particularly because Stream4KPanel currently uses a brand name rather than a disclosed registered contracting entity.
